Frequently asked questions
Why can I not pick my exact seat?
The theatre does not sell seat by seat to agencies: it assigns by block on the day of the show. We request the best available seats within your section and confirm in writing which ones you got before you arrive.
When do I get the tickets?
Within 24 hours of your payment you receive the e-tickets by email with each guest's name on them. Just show them on your phone at the entrance.
How do I pay?
You generate a booking request here, we confirm availability and send a secure card payment link. We also accept bank transfer. We never ask for card details over WhatsApp or email.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Tickets are issued in your name and are non-refundable once issued. Before issuing we can change the date subject to availability.
How long is it and when should I arrive?
The show runs about 70 minutes. With dinner or canapés, arrival is around 90 minutes before; show only, 45 minutes before. Smart casual dress code.
Children and ages
Child rate applies from 3 to 12 years, with ID to validate the age.
Under 3 enter free, seated with an adult and without an assigned seat.
At Jungala the child rate applies from 3 to 9; from age 10 they pay the adult rate.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult during the show.
