How will you leave your deposit?

Cash per bike You leave it when you pick up the bike, along with a valid government ID (national ID, driver's license or passport) that stays at the counter for the whole rental. We give both back when you return the bike in good condition. If you leave your passport, pick it up before leaving the country. Card hold per bike It is not a charge: your bank sets that amount aside and releases it when you return the bike with no damage. We do it at the counter when we hand you the bike, and we keep no documents, we only look at your ID.

Includes helmet, lock and charger. Does not include medical, accident, theft or damage insurance — the customer is responsible for any accident or damage to themselves, third parties or the equipment.
Deposit (you choose one when you book): cash, MXN per bike at pick-up, plus a valid government ID (national ID, driver's license or passport) that is kept at the counter during the rental and returned when you bring the bike back; or a card hold of MXN per bike, which is not a charge and is released when you return the bike with no damage. Proof of your reservation (hotel, Airbnb or address) is also required.
Damage or loss fees: (MXN).
Late return: MXN per hour. Theft or total loss of the bike: MXN.
The bike and accessories must be returned in their original condition. If everything comes back in good shape we give your cash and your ID back in full, or release the hold on your card without charging anything.

When you submit you'll get your voucher with a booking number. Pay online or when you pick up your bike at the agency.
